• What this site is. 247 Plumbers Nearby is a referral directory and information publisher operated by Bellwether-Pacific, LLC. We are not a plumbing contractor, and we don't perform, supervise or warrant plumbing work.
• Independent plumbers. Plumbers we refer are independent businesses. Your agreement for any work is with them, not us. Verify licensing on the Georgia Secretary of State license search; we link it on every page.
• Guides are general information. They're written with care and sourced, but your house is its own animal. In an emergency threatening life or property, call 911. For gas, leave first and call the gas utility from outside.
• No warranties. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the site or from work performed by any referred plumber.
• Our content. Text and original images are ours; don't republish them without permission. Linked sources belong to their publishers.
• Forms. Don't submit someone else's personal information, and only check the contact-consent box for a number you control.
